Refund and Returns Policy

At Virtual Pathshala, we want to ensure that our students, hobbyists, and makers have the best experience with our robotics and electronics gear. Since electronics are sensitive components, we have a clear policy to protect both the buyer and the seller.

1. Return Window

We offer a 10-day return policy. This means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • It must be unused, unmounted, and unsoldered.

  • It must be in its original packaging with all components, manuals, and wires included.

  • The product seal (if any) must not be broken.

Note: Any item that shows signs of electrical damage, burnt chips, or soldering marks due to improper use will not be eligible for a return or refund.

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at virtualpathshala.in@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 8788260683. Once your return is accepted, you will need to mail the product to our warehouse:

Address: Virtual Pathshala, Ward No. 34, Gurunanak Nagar, Paratwada, Amravati, Maharashtra, India.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Defective/Wrong Items: If the product is DOA (Dead on Arrival) or we sent the wrong item, we will bear the shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

     
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

     

6. Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once the order is handed over to our courier partner (Shiprocket/Delhivery), cancellation is not possible.
