- Users Generally

Internal Use: The Site and its content (text, images, robotics kit designs, 3D printing files, graphics, etc., collectively “Site Content”) are for your private and internal use only.
Prohibitions: You agree not to copy, reproduce, download, or resell any Site Content for commercial purposes or to operate a business that competes with Virtual Pathshala. Systematic retrieval of content (via robots or spiders) is strictly prohibited.
Security: You agree not to undertake any action to undermine the integrity of the computer systems or networks of Virtual Pathshala.
- Member Accounts
Registration: To access certain Services (like purchasing specialized Drone or Robotics kits), you must register as a Member. One User may only register one account.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Member ID and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Liability: Virtual Pathshala shall not be liable for any loss arising from the unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to secure your login details.
- Products, Pricing, and Modifications
Pricing: Prices for electronic components, drones, 3D printers, and kits are subject to change without prior notice.
Accuracy: We strive to display product images and specifications (especially for technical hardware) as accurately as possible; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free.
Service Changes: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice.

All content on this site—including product designs, logos, technical manuals, 3D models, and software—is the property of Virtual Pathshala or its suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
The slogan “Learn, Build, Innovate” and the Virtual Pathshala logo are trademarks of our brand. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
- Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Amravati/Maharashtra].
