1. Shipping Charges
Orders above ₹999: We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India.
Orders below ₹999: A flat shipping fee of ₹99 is applicable.
2. Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
We do not ship orders on Sundays or National Holidays.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, the delivery time depends on your location:
Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.
Rest of India: 5-7 business days.
Please note that these are estimated timelines and may vary slightly due to courier delays or extreme weather conditions.
4. Shipping Partners
We partner with India’s leading courier services via Shiprocket (including Delhivery, Ecom Express, and BlueDart) to ensure your hardware reaches you in perfect condition.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp message with your Tracking ID and a link to track your package in real-time.
6. Delivery Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 8788260683 within 4 hours of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched, the address cannot be changed.
7. Damaged Shipments
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please take a photo/video before opening it and contact us immediately at virtualpathshala.in@gmail.com.
