Description
The ESP-12 D1 Mini V2 is a highly versatile, pocket-sized Wi-Fi development board built around the Expressif ESP8266EX microcontroller. Engineered to bridge the gap between small form factor modules and complete prototyping boards like the full-sized NodeMCU, the D1 Mini V2 breaks out nearly all essential GPIO pins into a standard 2.54mm breadboard-friendly layout.
This V2 iteration boasts optimized hardware stability and standardizes on a high-efficiency layout featuring a Bias Resistor Transistor (BRT) arrangement, making flashing smoother and operation more reliable under heavy networking loads. With 11 digital I/O pins supporting PWM, I2C, SPI, and One-Wire protocols, this board acts as the perfect compact brain for remote telemetry, weather stations, smart home installations, and robotic sensor nodes.
